In order for your request to be processed, a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Bauer retailer is required. All claims must be submitted 30 days from date of purchase as per the stick warranty policy, via the retailer you purchased the stick from.

Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters, will be denied. Bauer does have the right to substitute therefore, you will be provided with several replacement options at the time of creating your claim. If the exact stick is not available, equivalent replacement options will be presented to you.

• Image 2: Image of the full stick showing black serial number and the break area clearly
• Image 3: Image of the breakage area on the stick

Please note that in order to be eligible for a warranty claim, you must present your original receipt to the retailer. Hand-written receipts, Credit card receipts and bank statements will not be accepted. Your retailer will not be able to process your claim without a valid proof of purchase.
