HOW TO ORDER YOUR MYBAUER STICK
To order a custom MyBAUER stick, you can either do so directly in an authorized Bauer retailer or online. If you would like to order in the store, speak to one of the team and they can help you right away.
If you would like to order online, please follow these steps below
- Design your stick on the MyBAUER customiser: Click here
- Save your custom design by sharing it to your own email.
- Order the product above, the minimum to order to the UK is 2 sticks. Price stated is for 2 sticks. (if you would like to order an additional odd number, 3 in total for example, you need to contact customer service before placing the order)
- Once your order has been placed, please send your order number and link with the design that you received in step 1 to Bauer@puckstop.com
- After we receive your order, we will confirm back to you that we have received your order and design, we’ll take care of the rest.
The delivery time can vary between 4-8 weeks depending on the season, we can help you with an estimated date when placing the order.
For The UK MAINLAND*
We have 2 delivery methods:
- If the total order is £100 or below, the postage charge will be £4.50 and will be added automatically at checkout.
- If the total order is above £100.00 it will be despatched through DPD/DHL or Royal Mail on next working day delivery service (if the order is received before 2.00pm and the items are in stock). This service is FREE OF CHARGE
The courier will email you your tracking details so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep
